Weeklong stay at Lair of the Bear

Embark on a week-long adventure at the Lair of the Golden Bear, nestled in the beautiful Sierra Nevada. With staff-led programming for everyone from diaper graduates to teens—plus activities for adults—there’s truly something for every member of the family. A week at the Lair includes cozy tent-cabin accommodations, plentiful meals, hiking, arts and crafts, swimming, athletics, and legendary evening campfire shows. Fill your days with activities or unwind beneath a canopy of towering pine trees and the brightest stars you’ve ever seen. Discover why families have been making the Lair their summer tradition for generations. This all-inclusive, one-week stay is for up to six people in a tent-cabin during Week 2 (June 13–20) or Week 10 (August 8–15) .

The Lair’s family camp includes accommodations, all meals, age group programs, hiking, arts & crafts, swimming, athletics, and our legendary evening campfire shows.
