This can be a helpful tool for a parent as it can help you to understand why kids have such different ways of processing their day and how to support them based on their energy. It also gives one insight into your own triggers and patience which can help you stay more grounded. 
 
This is a 45-min practice reading on Zoom and Malin can go through your chart and understand your energies or go through your kid(s) charts to understand them better.
