From the Business: The Oaks opened in North Berkeley in 2023 at the site of the historic Oaks Theater on Solano Ave. As Touchstone’s second movie theater retrofit, The Oaks is a bouldering-only gym featuring hundreds of problems on slab walls, steep overhangs, dihedrals, aretes, and an extensive fitness area. Whether you’re a newbie wanting to get fit or a serious climber training for your next bouldering trip, the Oaks is your home away from home.
 
Good for 2 day passes OR 2 intro to climbing or/bouldering classes at any Touchstone Gym (Oaks, Berkeley Ironworks, the two Oakland gyms, etc.).
